For bookstores and boutiques a flat fee of $18 is applicable for the delivery of an order between $200 and $499 before taxes. Delivery is free from $500 of purchases before taxes.
ForHamster-Novexco membersa flat fee of $18 is applicable for the delivery of an order between $100 and $299 before taxes. Delivery is free from $300 of purchases before taxes.
Delivery charges will be added when processing your order. You will be able to revise the total price of the order including taxes and delivery costs before confirming your purchase.
Usually, orders are processed within 48 hours, not including weekends. Then, deliveries are usually made in 3 to 7 working days. Certain times of the year are busier and delays come from the carrier. Any indication as to the delivery time is approximate and is not guaranteed by Distribution CPM.

In the event that you have received a defective or damaged product, you have up to 15 days from receipt of your order to notify us of the damaged or defective product. A photo will be required as proof. Please contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.

Any seasonal item including Christmas must be returned following our authorization within 90 days of the end of the January, February and March, after which no returns will be accepted.
Any dated item (diaries and planners) cannot be returned. A refund will be granted with proof that the item is no longer resalable (ex: torn).
Any regular item must be returned to us following our authorization within 12 month of purchase.
In order for a refund to be issued for returns, the product must be undamaged and its packaging must be intact.
Return shipping must be paid by the sender.
Yes, the products will be refunded to you if the return policy is respected.
