A refund will be granted if the conditions for the return of the products are respected.
Damaged or Damaged Product
In the event that you received a defective or damaged product in your order, you have up to 15 days from receipt of your order to notify us of the damaged or defective product. A photo will be required as proof. Please contact us at the following address: email@example.com to let us know.
If an item is missing from your package or if the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. All errors are at Distribution CPM's expense.

Any seasonal item including Christmas must be returned following our authorization within 90 days of the end of the relevant period, i.e. in January, February and March, after which no returns will be accepted.
Any dated items (diaries and planners) cannot be returned. A refund will be granted with proof that the item is no longer resalable (ex: torn).
All regular items must be returned to us following our authorization within 12 months of purchase.
For a refund to be issued for returns, the product must not be damaged and its packaging must be intact.
Return shipping must be paid for by the sender.
Final sale item
Final sale items are not creditable, refundable or returnable.
